RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

At AEDStore, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return in accordance with this Return and Refund Policy.
RETURNS
We accept return requests within 30 days after delivery of your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, in the same condition in which you received it, with all original tags attached and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase or your order number is also required.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions from AEDStore.
DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT ITEMS
Please inspect your order when you receive it.
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from the item you ordered, please contact us at aitovefim1@gmail.com as soon as possible. Please include your order number and photographs showing the issue and packaging.
We will review the situation and provide appropriate return or replacement instructions.
NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
Certain items may not be eligible for return where permitted by applicable law, including personalized or customized products and products that cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons.
Any applicable non-returnable items or restrictions will be stated on the relevant product page.
EXCHANGES
If you would like to exchange an item for another size, color, or product, please contact us at aitovefim1@gmail.com.
Depending on product availability, we may arrange an exchange or ask you to return the original item and place a new order.
REFUNDS
After we receive and inspect an approved return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
If the refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Please allow additional processing time for your bank or payment provider to make the refunded amount available in your account.
RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
If an item is defective, damaged, incorrect, or otherwise covered by applicable consumer protection law, AEDStore will provide appropriate return instructions.
For returns for other reasons, the customer may be responsible for the cost of return shipping.
ORDER CANCELLATIONS
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us at aitovefim1@gmail.com as soon as possible.
We will make reasonable efforts to cancel the order before it has been processed or shipped. If the order has already been shipped, the return procedure described in this policy may apply.
